| Week 7 | Week of Oct 2 | Web-based peer-evaluations released for students to complete. Online form due at 4pm Friday. Late submissions will not be accepted. Turn VIP notebooks in at team meeting for mid-term grading. |

Withdrawal deadline. Last day to withdraw from courses with grade of "W" |
| Weeks preceding finals | Nov 27 - Dec 6 | Web-based peer-evaluations released for students to complete. Online form closes at 4pm on Wednesday. Late submissions will not be accepted. |
| Last Week of Classes | Nov 27 - Dec 6 | VIP notebooks collected for final grading at time of final presentations. |
