Published Proceedings

New for 2024

Approximately two weeks after the consortium meeting, presenters and facilitators will be invited to submit optional 3-page write-ups for inclusion in published proceedings. These might look like traditional papers or be summaries of interactive sessions. Each submitting author will be asked to review 3 other submissions. We've planned to provide six weeks for authors to write/submit, and then a few weeks to review others' submissions. The timeline will be posted prior to (or at) the Consortium meeting. Your input on the timing and process are welcome!

Interested in bringing Students?

We would like to assess interest in bringing students to the meeting, how many students institutuions would like to bring, and how those numbers would be shaped by level of support from Georgia Tech. Would you like your VIP Program to send students to the meeting?
