VIP Rush – RSVP Form RSVP for Upcoming VIP Rush The VIP Rush is a poster information event for teams to recruit new members. It is typically held on the first Tuesday after registration opens. VIP team leaders: Scroll down for the team RSVP/sign-up, request a table/power cable below if needed, and bring your poster (unless you’re a new team and VIP is printing ond for you). Presenter(s) can be faculty, instructors or students. Who can request poster printing from the VIP Team? Newly starting VIP Teams can be provided with a printed poster upon request, to help with recruitment efforts. Upon completion of the event, please take your posters with you, as we are not able to hold them afterwards. *Please Note* Due to the rapid growth of the program, starting January 2025, we are no longer able to provide posters for already existing teams. If you wish to print your own, you may reach out to vip@gatech.edu to request a 30*40 poster template that matches the VIP Rush poster boards. Board Sizes 30×40 Where to Print Posters on Campus The Library has a printing machine, but you may not be able to specify the size of the poster. The College of Design printing lab can print and trim posters to be 30*40 for approximately $8-12. (The length of each poster will be 30 in if printed in the 42 in wide printer. As they calculate and charge by foot, AND round down, the charge should be 2 feet worth, making it $8 ($4/ft * 2) per poster. You can bring in a USB and request the printing lab to print.)
